Safe Exit
Presently, due to a bug in SecondLife, teleporting out of experience regions can cause temporary HUD's to get stuck to your avatar, along with RLV Restrictions when you leave the sim. Ordinarily, the only way to fix this bug is to relog.
To get around this limitation, Kokoro has built a mechanism called Safe Exit which allows you to exit the region without this bug occurring.

Click the exit button on your HUD to exit to your exit destination (Default: AMH)
How to set a custom exit destination
You can set your custom exit destination to home, amh or an arbitrary SLurl. Get an SLurl to a destination by right clicking a landmark in your inventory and choosing Copy SLurl.
